This morning for a special treat, I decided to try to make "healthy" pancakes. The idea was pretty simple: use almond flour as the base, add a little milled flax seed, raw milk and two eggs. Turned out great! We threw on a few banana slices and used some high quality maple syrup to sweeten them, it was almost too sweet!! These are probably the "healthiest" pancakes you could have. No over-processed white flour, no butter (or margarine, no way), no Bisquick...only the most natural ingredients. Only four ingredients! And your body can identify and digest all of them. When you want pancakes, do it this way!
